How have I lost so much weight recently you ask? Consistency! It is really about what you do when no one is watching. I train with @endgains_fitness a minimum of 3 times per week and we lift heavy weight and do super sets, plus other routines. I do other exercises on my own on the days I have off from Jonathan depending on what I feel like. It could be 10 minutes it could be 30 minutes, it could be an hour. It could be biking, swimming in the pool or walking or Pilates. I’ve never felt stronger than I do right now in my 50’s, don’t let your age be an excuse or limit you from reaching your ultimate potential! Osteopenia and osteoporosis are real, and I’m the first woman in my family NOT to have it…and I don’t plan on it!! My husband @jeremytlock says my legs have never looked better…even when we were dating!! Now that’s goals!!!
