D'Andra Simmons has emceed Ilani BBQ Fest and Brewfest from 2021-2024 at Ilani Resort in Cowlitz, Washington. The event features over 20 celebrity pitmasters and chefs, cooking demonstrations, live music, and a variety of food and drinks.

In 2024, Simmons cooked her famous Cherry Fried Pies and Chateaubriand with Zhug Sauce for the attendees in the female pitmaster competition coming in second!

Simmons is a self-described "BBQ queen" and has a passion for all things barbecue. She loves being a part of this event sharing her passion for barbecue with others and working with the talented celebrity chef roster.
